“Beautiful property, excellent staff and a wonderful stay.”
The place is beautiful, well‑designed, and tastefully decorated; we rented three of the four villas, which worked great for our group. The pool is excellent and the whole property feels very peaceful. The staff were extremely friendly and always happy to help, arranging scooter rentals and airport/port taxis for us, which made everything easier. A scooter is highly recommended in Kuta Lombok—most beaches and restaurants are over 30 minutes away on foot—but we paid about 5€/day, so it was affordable. The villas are comfortable and the décor detail is a real highlight. However, it isn’t an affordable option for every traveller, especially those on a tight budget. The garden could use better space utilisation; there’s a lovely grassy area that would be ideal for yoga but would benefit from shade and a small wooden deck or covered platform to make it more practical and comfortable. The hot water was unstable and didn’t last long, often depending on whether other guests were showering at the same time, so we had several cold showers. Fortunately, given the weather, this wasn’t a major issue.
