“We will not stay here again.”

Only the location mattered. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, and the staff were friendly. However, the facility keeps claiming it’s under renovation for years with no progress; the security plates on all room doors were removed because the key system failed, leaving me feeling unsafe. There was no internet, the TV wasn’t working, and the air conditioning on the lower level was out. I felt sorry for the staff having to work in such conditions.

I am fine with the hotel, staff etc, no hotels are as good since covid, need 2nd chair in a king room , staff was fine facility was as expected, location was convenient. I am having issues with the charges, I reserved both rooms at the price of $126/night.144.90. final for my room charge was $154.90 but for the second room they charged $174. I am going to call the hotel and dispute that charge and the additional $10 on my room

The location was good for us and the breakfast was excellent, nothing to complain about.

The breakfast was good, but the lobby air conditioning was broken, which seems to be a problem with Holiday Inn Express.
