The hotel had only positives: excellent price/quality ratio, a very good location within walking distance of many downtown sights and the metro, a view of Trinity Church, fairly spacious rooms and the best hotel beds we’ve ever had (and we had many). It felt like we were sleeping on a cloud. The front‑desk staff were friendly and helpful, the sound insulation was good though we could still feel the metro vibrations, and there was a usable fridge. Nothing negative; this will be our go‑to in NYC.

Perfect location just around One WTC! The room is quite small for 4 (we had one with two Queen size beds ) but absolutely ok for Manhattan!. Unfortunately, there was some misunderstandings regarding our breakfast. We had a booking for 4 including breakfast. However the hotel issued us an bauchet only for two. They made the correction after we complained. however the hotel should clearing with breakfast staff what exactly is included to the voucher. At the end they aged us to pay for juice despite the fact that at the beginning we were told one juice and one hot drink like coffee per person are included

“Estadía perfecta en NYC”

Everything was great, very well located. The breakfast was the best, served kindly by Nicole. Bailey at the front desk was impeccable and helped me a lot with an issue I had. The elevators were fast and had no wait time. Cleaning was perfect. We’ll come back! Nothing negative.

The bathroom, the front‑desk staff, and the good breakfast were all positive. The person who welcomed us at breakfast was the only negative point.
