The apartment sits in a very quiet alley, truly charming, and Muriel is very kind and helpful. The only downside is the stairwell in the alley to reach the apartment, especially since I’m traveling by bike 😅.

I liked that it’s close to the historic center and the beaches. However, the place isn’t up to the quality‑price ratio, it smells damp, and there’s no air conditioning.

The location offers great tranquility and privacy. The ground‑floor room is welcoming, cool, has a comfy bed, a private bathroom, and all the essentials for a stay. Muriel, the owner, was very kind in letting me check in early in person and giving all the useful info. Everything else was fine.

Central in the historic center, quiet, and clean. The only issue is the high humidity and poor ventilation due to the flat’s ground‑floor position in the heart of the old town; a dehumidifier is there and does its job.
