Friday staff. Noise around

The staff at this hotel were friendly and welcoming, but the room itself was a real letdown - it was dirty and in a pretty rough part of town.

The hotel's location was convenient, but the room I got was tiny and not the one I was promised. It was a bit of a disappointment, especially considering the price.

To be honest, everything about my stay was a letdown - the service was nice, but that's about it. The rest of my experience was just a series of disappointments.
