The only bright spot was a very nice lady who helped me and gave first aid after I fell; thank you from the bottom of my heart. It is impossible for this place to be a 5‑star hotel, and the website should be updated to reflect reality. The furniture is old and worn, the rooms need fresh paint, the bathrooms are outdated, the reception staff behaves oddly and shows no respect for guests, and the breakfast is not worth risking a visit.

The hotel is in a good location with everything within walking distance, but because it’s old the cleanliness is lacking. The long lobby room is attractive, breakfast is average, and the price is cheap. The staff act like robots, detached from customers, and the breakfast staff behaves the same way.
