The location, decor, equipment, board games, balcony, mosquito net, large common room, and the ability to park two cars were all good. However, the value for money was lacking – staying a few nights on the sofa without nightstands, contact or privacy (we arrived as two pairs), no elevator – was a disappointment for the price.

Everything was clean, tidy, and the owner lady was friendly; the room had everything we needed. I recommend it.

The room was beautifully decorated, sparkling clean and fully equipped with everything we needed—fridge, stovetop, kettle and even a hair dryer. Parking was right by the building and easily fit our long car with a bike rack on the back. Unlike other reviews, I’ll add that the host, Mr. Gospodarz, was extremely friendly, greeted us warmly and even sorted out the weather for us😉. The location was excellent for cyclists. Thank you so much; we’ll definitely return. Just to clarify, “by the beach” means you have to cross a busy street to reach the shoreline on the bay side; the sandy beach is on the opposite side of the peninsula, only about a five‑minute walk away.

The owner is fantastic, friendly to dogs, and the place is nicely equipped. Outside, there’s a seating area by the ice cream shop.
