The facility was great and clean, and the water temperature and pressure were excellent. The only downside was that there was no microwave to heat up leftovers.

The building and its facilities were beautiful, and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Nothing stood out as a problem – we had a fabulous stay for my partner's birthday.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the bar and restaurant areas were beautiful, and the food was lovely. The room was smaller than anticipated but still quite comfortable.

The dining room staff included experienced members who were great, while the newbies had a good attitude but just need more training; we held an event there during the day which was excellent. The room was too hot – a lighter Downie would have helped.
