The house is a pleasant, quiet spot with comfortable bedrooms and plenty of shower heads, so a group of nine managed fine. The kitchen, however, is pretty bare‑bones—few cupboards and almost no garden furniture, which forced us to shuffle luggage around. There are also more beds than storage space, making the rooms feel cramped. All things considered, the rent felt high compared with similar summer rentals we found nearby.
