I liked everything; the staff were very friendly, the pool was wonderful, and everything was spotless—no insects at all. It was one of the best-cleaned hotels I’ve seen; I spent an entire morning just in the pool area and was impressed by the cleaning and pest control teams. The breakfast was excellent for a hotel of this caliber, and they arranged a trip to Chiang Rai for us. It’s located in a completely strategic part of China Mai, right in the center, beautiful, safe, and reasonably priced.

Even though it’s on a tiny street with no streetlight at night, the location is great for reaching the old town within about 20 minutes on foot, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean.

The staff were friendly, the cleanliness was impressive, and the location was great, but the bathroom had a strong odor.
