The hotel is on Madrid’s outskirts, yet close to the airport and Chamartín station, in a quiet area with good value for money. Rooms are large and you can park on the street nearby. There’s a pool on the terrace. Getting to the metro or the shopping centre, even though they’re not far, isn’t very convenient on foot.

The staff were very friendly. The rooms and breakfast buffet were good, and there’s a free shuttle.

The heated pool & jacuzzi were great and unexpected in October. The staff at the bar and restaurant were fabulous but the food was dismal. The pasta Napolitano did not have fresh tomatoes and the sauce seemed canned and lackluster. The restaurant and bar are beautiful but definitely underutilized and not being used to full potential
