“Will not give you a refund.”
I booked because the listing claimed a hot tub, but none was available. The room was filthy, smelled of cigarettes, utilities were dusty and appeared uncleaned, and hair lay on the bedside table. The AC was taped together, and the outdoor area looked cheap, with dusty fake flowers in the bush. We cancelled after seeing these problems and the false hot‑tub claim. When we spoke to staff, a manager said they had a bathtub, not a hot tub. The woman was kind, and we were promised a full refund, which we still haven’t received after numerous ignored emails, texts, and calls. Customer service also said the motel hadn’t responded. We even returned to the motel to ask, and were told it would be resolved soon—over two weeks ago. Understand what you’re booking; if you’re unhappy with these conditions or make the same mistake of trusting the listing’s hot‑tub claim, you likely won’t get your money back.
