The water pressure was fine, but the room smelled and felt damp—totally unenjoyable. Nothing dried even with the heat on and the window open.

We checked in only to learn our booked room had supposedly flooded and was gone. The hotel gave us a different room that didn’t match what we’d paid for and didn’t suit our needs. Even after four days, I’m still fighting for a refund for a problem that wasn’t my fault. The hotel couldn’t honor the reservation, yet I’m the one facing the financial penalty. Flooding is a business issue, not a customer one, and the hotel should handle insurance claims, not force paying guests to bear the loss. We didn’t cancel; the hotel failed to deliver what we booked, so a full refund should have been automatic, not a battle I must endure. The customer service was extremely disappointing and the handling unacceptable.
