The location and courteous staff were great, and the room, bathroom, and other facilities were all provided, but they don’t accept Indian Rupees, especially Rs 500/- notes, and breakfast could be improved.

The facilities were very pleasant and the room was one of the best I’ve had in Pokhara, but the staff could be rude and unhelpful at times, and the location is quite far from central Pokhara, with the shuttle bus leaving only an hour before checkout.

I was thoroughly impressed with the spacious rooms and the exceptional service I received during my stay. However, my stay was slightly marred by some issues with housekeeping - my bed wasn't properly made, and the quilt lacked a cover and sheets, which made me wonder if it was shared by multiple guests. Despite this, the hotel's stunning backdrop made up for the minor inconvenience.
