The cleaning was thorough and the staff were kind. The shower head wasn’t very good.

“Clean, quiet hotel outside of Minneapolis (13 min drive from airport)”

I appreciated how quiet and clean the hotel was. Walking a few minutes to the shopping area let me grab groceries for the in‑room kitchen, and free parking was a bonus. I have no complaints; the stay was pleasant and the room was huge.

The location was great, the rooms were simple, clean, and comfortable. Amenities included laundry (though it should accept card payments instead of coins), a tidy updated gym, and an indoor pool that could use better ventilation. The courtyard seating with fire pits was lovely, and breakfast was enjoyable. The hotel is in a safe, beautiful neighborhood with walkable restaurants, grocery options, and nearby parks and a community center. The only issues were the laundry’s coin requirement and the indoor pool’s ventilation.

“Would stay here again”

Clean, spacious rooms and a great location with beautiful walking trails nearby, plus a good breakfast selection. We did not receive a receipt at checkout; we were told it would be emailed but never got it. Charges appeared for purchases we didn’t make, and we’re having a hard time resolving this. There’s no way to talk directly to the hotel staff.
