Since I paid extra for breakfast, I had certain expectations. The first breakfast was totally disappointing; the bread was dry, the budget selection was not restocked and sometimes not even available, and the fruit offered was shriveled after a few days. The coffee was good, but my criticism is only about the breakfast. The bed is 80 cm, which feels unusual.

Frühstück hervorragend, 4 Sterne Haus like. Zimmer neu renoviert, zweckmässig, grosses Badezimmer. Super Personal, einfach alles top. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist vielleicht die Lage direkt am Zuggeleise, wobei diese nachts nicht fährt

Traffic and the church were audible, but not disruptive. I would have appreciated a small fridge in the room; instead I had to use the hotel’s communal fridge to keep my items cool.

There’s a bike storage area for e‑bikes—a safe spot to leave the bike overnight. The restaurant and bar are very central. It was very loud because of the street; the room is thin‑walled so you can hear other guests talking and walking. The mattress was quite saggy.
