There was absolutely nothing positive to note, and the staff were deplorable—no smiles, no friendliness, just a focus on collecting the bill.

The bed was wonderful, the room was nice, though a little noisy; the staff were friendly, and because we arrived very early we could stash our luggage in the storage, which was convenient.
