I was delighted by the calm atmosphere around the pool and the friendliness of the front desk staff, especially Kamal, and I’m deeply grateful to the whole team at this hotel; I’d definitely return.

The staff were pleasant and gave good advice, and the hotel lived up to its description without any discrepancies, which is pretty rare in Egypt; the only downside was the missing shower curtain that let water splash into the bathroom.

The place is well situated near the public beach and the inter‑tourist promenade, and the roof terrace is lovely; most of the staff were friendly and helpful, and my room was clean, spacious, and offered a sea view, but the pool was very small and all the sun loungers were in the shade; breakfast choices were limited and sometimes not available at the scheduled times—on two mornings there was no water, though it was fixed quickly.
