I liked how friendly and helpful the staff member was. The room was next to a construction site, so it wasn’t very clean—there was dust and a bit of paint. The only window faced the interior, and the hallway light stayed on all night, which made it hard to sleep.

The place is great for its location. The noise is a problem: the bars and the hotel next door play loud music until very late every night. The roof is thin sheet metal, and pigeons constantly walk on it, adding more noise on top of the existing outside sounds. The bathroom window’s front grille stays open forever, so there’s no sound insulation. When we arrived, the room wasn’t properly cleaned; there was hair from previous guests on the floor. In the four days we stayed, towels and sheets were never changed—service wasn’t included, but a little attention would have helped. I asked for a coffee with milk and five minutes later was told there was no milk; they offered soy or another alternative, but both came with an extra charge. It’s a small detail, but it adds to the overall feeling of little care.

Excellent location, good communication, and the room is excellent with an open‑concept bathroom. Eliad Primera attended us wonderfully. Everything was excellent.
