The staff were excellent, the room was clean and spacious, and the location was perfect for my errands in that part of the city. No complaints – everything was good.

The room was filthy, covered in hair and grime that didn’t get cleaned even after a wipe‑down; the sink seemed never to have been scrubbed, and the glass was so dirty I could barely see the staff.

I liked the lobby’s atmosphere and the pretty décor, but the blanket and pillow felt old and fuzzy, the bathroom wasn’t clean, and the large bathtub was also dirty.
