The rooms were spacious with a nice view, but the amenities were poor: the hair dryer was broken, no towels were provided, the toilet paper was low quality, a tick was on our blankets, and the restaurant food was subpar—I expected better.

The hotel was pretty and clean, dinner and breakfast were great, the room comfortable, and service excellent, yet each room lacked a hair dryer— I had to ask at reception and wait, and when it arrived it was broken, plus the bedding felt a bit warm.

The hotel is amazing: the room was excellent, staff helpful, food flawless, and I’ll definitely return whenever possible; everything was perfect, no complaints.

The room was clean and comfortable with a great bathroom, but we arrived tired after 9 pm for check‑in and were greeted by three completely drunk women in the lobby, which set a poor first impression. The air‑conditioning either malfunctioned or was inadequate for the room’s size, leaving us sweltering in the sunny afternoon. The minibar didn’t chill anything, so we never used it, and the lock never secured the door – we only discovered this when we went for breakfast on the last day, meaning anyone could have entered while we were out. All these issues fell far short of what we expected, especially since hotels at a quarter of the price don’t usually miss basic things; the overall care for guests and facilities is far below the hotel’s claimed standard.

I booked the top‑tier two‑storey room to celebrate my 18th wedding anniversary, but the experience turned out to be the worst stay I've ever had at a hotel that markets itself as a 5‑star, pricey, highly rated property. At check‑in, an unprepared staff member handed me a lower‑grade room and charged the rate immediately; I had to return to the front desk furious to get a swap, which they did without any apology. The next day we were told the breakfast buffet would be closed for an event and we could only receive three items in our room. The facilities were disappointing one after another: the dry sauna was under maintenance, the room lacked basic items—so much so that the coffee maker had no water—, the heated pool was cold, the steam sauna had already been abandoned by other guests, and they claimed a repair would only happen at night. There was no hair dryer in the room, and the front desk simply said there was none available and nothing could be done. Faced with all this, I asked to leave and requested a refund of the nightly rate. The manager approved it over the phone and the front desk opened the request, but I asked for a written confirmation just in case. In the following days I received no response; when I followed up, they said they had no record of the payment or refund request. I only managed to resolve it after contacting the booking platform and threatening legal action and consumer protection bodies. The refund eventually came through, but after a lot of hassle. What is most frustrating is the stark contrast: on paper the hotel looks beautiful and the buffet seems amazing, but in practice it was the worst stay and post‑service experience I've ever had. I do not recommend it and would not return.
