I fell in love with this hotel! The spot is perfect on the edge of the old town, the rooms are spacious with ultra‑comfortable bedding, and the team is adorable, attentive, and caring from start to finish. We had a magical stay.

“良い部屋に当たれば満足度は高い”

The building and its layout are lovely, and the attached shop has many stylish items. The breakfast restaurant served delicious food no matter what I chose. Staff were generally helpful. Unfortunately, the room assigned to me was on the basement floor, dark, and had no view, so I asked for a change, but the wedding that day filled the hotel and I couldn’t switch. Later, an available room didn’t have my preferred bed arrangement, so I was still stuck. Eventually, a mouse appeared in the room; the cleaning crew fought it off with several people, but when I reported it to the manager‑like staff, they replied that it was “not a mouse but a creature that brings luck,” which felt dismissive. They offered another room change again, but it was too late before checkout, so it was useless. The minibar was empty and no apology was offered. Compared to my previous good experience, this stay was overall disappointing.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were polite and helpful. The spa services fell short of expectations, and the loyalty points system was confusing.

“Good and worth stay”

Breakfast was excellent and the staff service was fantastic—very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely return; everything was good, so there was nothing to note otherwise.
