Utieraky boli, na nich škvrny, všade prach. Lepšie by bolo utrieť prach, utrieť podlahu aspoň raz za čas, skriňu stôl tiež, keď viem, že tam nikto ide. The towels were there, but they had stains on them. There was dust everywhere. It would be better to wipe the dust and clean the floor at least once and wipe the wardrobe and table too when I know somebady is going there

La habitación limpia y muy bonita y acogedora,con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable.El equipo de atención muy amable y respondió a mis peticiones con prontitud y calidad en la atención. Solo una sugerencia: en el futuro trabajar para aislar el sonido en las habitaciones ,se podía sentir ruido de otras habitaciones y de otros huéspedes y en el verano mejorar la ventilación, teníamos un ventilador en la habitación pero con el calor extremo era aún insuficiente

Great location. Plenty of shops/food nearby. Near Rayners Lane or North Harrow for the tube. Easy to find with parking available. Not clean at all, floor was dirty, hairs in the bed, hairs in the bathroom, mould & orange staining in the bathroom, mugs in the room were dirty, kitchen was dirty. Would not have cooked anything in there if I needed to, kettle was full of limescale. Windows in room 1 were mouldy, window lock was broken on one so leaving the windows open when hot was risky. Bed is very firm and the pillows big but cheap so not comfortable at all. The Bathroom was definitely the worst it needs a proper good scrub with bathroom cleaner and flash bleach for all the staining and mould. Contact from hosts was only essential info and when I tried to message them on whatsapp & ring on the day of check in with an immediate question there was no response
