I loved that the rooms have climate control, the bathrooms are very clean, the pool is very clean, everything is excellent. There is no small refrigerator in the rooms; it would be good to have one to keep cold water or drinks.

The spot is great, the pool looks nice, and the staff are friendly. The old air‑conditioning units are noisy and chill the room, but the constant hum is annoying; they should switch to minisplits because the current units use twice or three times as much electricity.

The location is fine. The room smelled damp and there was no facial towel or towel to dry off after the bathtub.

The room was spacious, clean, and had good air‑conditioning. The bed was only made with one sheet and I told reception that the room had two beds but only one blanket in a drawer; the receptionist said that was normal. My room was far from reception, there was no room service, and I had to walk all the way to get a blanket. The pricey restaurant was awful—our three dishes were the worst in flavor and texture, and there were no cutlery on the tables. It feels like a 400‑peso hotel.
