We stayed there for the second time and it’s a great spot for families or couples—clean, well‑maintained, and we’d definitely return! Everything nearby—shops, gas, restaurants, Disney parks—is super close.

The place was comfy and the location was spot‑on, but we ran into cockroaches; the owners were told and they sent exterminators.

The house was easy to get to, the rooms were good, the kitchen had cutlery, plates, pots—everything you need for a home, the living room was fine, and the rooms had TVs plus a big TV in the lounge, all working. A recurring issue in the area, and apparently in many spots in Florida, was small insects that looked like “baratinhas”; they showed up often, we killed several but it wasn’t a major nuisance. The owner was informed, handled it very well and was very helpful, asking if we wanted the cleaning crew to come to the spot and explaining everything. It wasn’t necessary, though many appeared during our stay, they were sporadic and didn’t spoil the experience.

Central for everything, close to the pool, but a bit tired; some lounge lamps were out and a few cockroaches appeared in the kitchen area.

The location is very practical for any destination, and I can’t find anything to criticize—everything from the accommodation to the staff and the property manager who paid attention to every detail was excellent.
