The location was convenient, but the handicap accessibility was lacking; the front‑desk counter was too low for short and disabled guests, and the entry doors had to be pulled open. Adding more exterior lighting would help.

The location was decent. We were mistakenly put in a single‑bed room instead of the two‑bed room with a jacuzzi we had paid for; after pointing out the error, the staff realized the mistake but the correct room wasn’t available until later. By then it was already 3 hours past check‑in, so we accepted a two‑bed room without a jacuzzi. Inside, the room looked fine until we unfolded the comforter and blanket and found a sheet stained with feces and urine. I went back to the front desk, explained the situation, and the clerk called housekeeping to change the sheets; she seemed annoyed because she had to do the work. We could have gone elsewhere, but it was late, a weekend night, and we were unfamiliar with the area, so we stayed reluctantly. This was one of the worst experiences we’ve had. The property clearly needs better housekeeping staff and a more reliable room‑booking system. Both front‑desk clerks I spoke with were helpful, apologized, and seemed embarrassed by the mix‑up and the poor cleaning standards. The place had a strong bleach smell that usually signals cleanliness, but in this case it was just a surface odor.

The location was great, the room was nice, and the shower was good. The room card didn’t work the first night, which was a bit annoying.
