The location was great, but the room was in bad shape with stains on the walls that looked like splatters that never got cleaned. There was a big gap around the door and I found a couple of large bugs on the floor in the middle of the night.

The location was fine, but everything else was zero. As soon as I got out of the car I could only smell cigarette smoke. I checked in and asked to see the room I’d been assigned. It was old, with dents on the furniture and stains on the floor, and the cigarette smell was awful. I asked for a refund and they said I’d have to go through the third‑party site I booked with. In the end I paid for this hotel and another one nearby. I’ve learned to be careful about who I book through and to read cancellation policies, and to look for better customer service.

The hotel was only 5 minutes from the place we needed to be, and the staff were awesome, especially the woman at the front desk who said they'd refund our payment—let's see when it shows up on the card. The rooms were terrible: black mold covered the walls and furniture, the AC leaked and I had to use a trash can to catch the water. I had to stay one night until we found somewhere else, but we didn’t sleep that first night at all. I was terrified our family would inhale the mold, there were stains on the comforters and probably more I didn’t want to look at. I couldn’t shower because it was just too filthy. I know you get what you pay for, but this was on another level. I’m not posting pictures because that wouldn’t be fair, but I hope they fix the situation.

The location was good, but the room was very dirty with unknown dirt on the walls and floor. No bugs, though.

The location was good. The shower didn’t work, the TV didn’t work, and the room smelled musty!!!
