The rooms were large and beautiful with sea views, the beach was gorgeous and perfect for a few days of relaxation. Still, it felt pricey for what you get, the pool was crowded with noisy children, there were few loungers at the pool and beach with towels often taken all day, the restaurant was mediocre, and in my opinion it doesn’t merit a four‑star rating.
The location was fantastic, right on the best beach in the area, and the place was elegant without being stiff; the food was excellent, especially the buffet breakfast, and the staff were friendly and helpful, so there was nothing to complain about.

The structure is elegant and detailed; all common areas—from the restaurant hall to the pool—are spotless and truly beautiful. The room is large, well‑maintained, and extremely comfortable, especially the bed, which is rarely as good as this. The staff are genuinely kind, responsive, and efficient, and the housekeeping is meticulous. Dining at the hotel’s restaurant is excellent, offering good value for money. Breakfast is very good, though the sweet section isn’t as rich or high‑quality as the savory side—often a common issue in Asia. The services, including excursions, tours, and the spa (which is beautiful!), are very pricey for Vietnam standards. Still, it’s an overall great experience, even for the location.
