Vico Hotel in Nusa Dua blends tropical charm with modern comfort. A lush garden, terrace, and outdoor pool frame the property, while a restaurant and coffee shop offer diverse dining. Private check‑in, 24‑hour desk, bike hire, and free parking enhance convenience. Located just 16 minutes from Tanjung Benoa and 12 km from the beach, it caters to families and adventure seekers alike.

The hotel offers good value and a nice pool. However, there were a few drawbacks: sand ended up in the room, the shower head needs replacement, the TV was broken, and the street leading to the hotel could use better lighting. It was a bit shaky the first time around.

We stayed for one night as a family of four and, for the price, had no complaints. It’s tucked into a quiet alley yet still close to the main road with restaurants, cafés, and shops, making the location perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool was large with lovely flowers and trees surrounding it. The place looked a bit worn, the air‑conditioning wasn’t great, and a few items could use replacement. It just needs a little facelift, but overall it was great for the price and we’d come back.

The staff were friendly. I wasn’t refunded for a night I didn’t use, even though I let the hotel know about my delayed check‑in caused by the volcano eruption that forced me to cancel my arrival day.

Safe, clean, and comfortable. The only issue was the narrow street entrance that made it difficult for vehicles to get in.

I appreciated the hosts’ friendliness. The young staff were efficient and always smiling.
