1 double bed
The apartment is close to the center but outside the pedestrian zone, so parking is easy. The property is spacious and clean, with a well‑equipped kitchen. The hosts were very kind. I highly recommend it.
We stayed for one night and the room was spacious with everything needed for a relaxing break. The bed had a comfortable mattress that finally let my husband and me sleep well—our previous room in Tbilisi was awful. Outside, right in front of the room, there was a hammock and a small table with chairs where we could have lunch. The host was very friendly and the place itself is gorgeous.
“Sorry we didn’t go somewhere else.”
The linens were clean, but the description was wrong: there was no kitchen, washing machine, or closet. We had to share the space with the owner, who used it at the same time. We would have chosen another place. There was no paved path from the street to the door, so we had to lift heavy suitcases instead of rolling them.
“Convenient location, but cleanliness and basic amenities need improvement.”
The place is reasonably near the station and has cafés around. The washing machine was handy and dried clothes quickly. The woman at the property was kind and helpful, and the shower pressure was great. Cleanliness was the biggest problem: the kitchen was dirty with many insects—small flies, spiders, moths—and dishes piled up by the sink. The bathroom had small flies, hair, and dust. The exterior didn’t match the photos; the garden was overgrown and the surroundings were unpaved. It got very cold at night, yet there was no room heater and the towel heater didn’t work. No hair dryer or slippers were provided. Communication and check‑in could have been better. I had arranged for the owner to pick me up from the city center, but he never showed up and I never met him during my stay. I had planned to check in at 2 PM, but was later told that check‑in would only be possible after 5 PM.
The location and size of the room were great, but the cleaning wasn’t very thorough. There was no kettle even though there were mugs and teas available.
