The property was secure, the location was good, and hospitality went beyond expectations with cake, coffee, and fruit. At night, the corridor was dark and I had to use a light to find the keyhole.

What a fabulous find. The apartment felt like a top‑quality hotel right in the middle of Bologna, and Lori and Davide were kind, friendly, and offered many great suggestions for activities and dining. We couldn't fault it.

Everything was very clean, well‑located, and there was a wide range of complimentary products. Nothing else.

The apartment was excellent, spacious, and clean, with many items to help if needed. The location was very good, just a short walk from everything. Davide was very welcoming, sent us a list of restaurant/bar suggestions, and helped with a reservation. Everything was 100%! All went perfectly.

Great location ! A quiet and peaceful apartment , only a short walk from the city centre , with good local bars and restaurants . The place was spotlessly clean and had all the facilities for a comfortable stay ! The shady garden was a bonus . We appreciated the air con , during the heatwave ! Thank you for the welcome homemade cake , which was a nice touch . It was helpful , too, to be sent the local tips for places to visit and where was good to eat out 👍 Lory , our host, was friendly , approachable and helpful throughout our stay . Very many thanks 😊. All was lovely !
