Room 1126 had terrible views, and when I booked the noon shuttle to the airport at check‑in, I was told no reservations were available at checkout and I had to pay 600 lira for the trip.

The hotel’s location and the room’s view were excellent on the mountain, and the nearby outlet lets visitors shop without going to distant shopping areas; nothing else bothered me.

The market has everything, and the airport is very close.

The location was fine, but I didn’t like how the receptionist treated us; another woman took my turn, the receptionist ignored it, and when I pointed out it was really my turn, she dismissed my concern by saying, “I already entered her into the computer,” which felt unprofessional and inconsiderate.

The place is huge, the staff are welcoming, the gym is nice, and it’s close to both my office and Sabiha Gökçen Airport.
