The spot is spot‑on – just a short walk to both the beach and the town centre, and the volunteers were genuinely friendly and helpful. The only let‑down was the bathroom, which didn’t have a microwave or even liquid soap. Overall, a convenient location with a few missing basics.

I loved how the vibe turned into a tight‑knit group of travelers and volunteers, and everyone I met was warm and easy‑going. The downside was that the owners were practically never around, leaving no clear manager; the place is run by volunteers who can’t really make decisions. It felt a bit chaotic without a real point of contact.

I managed to lock my key inside my suitcase, and the staff noticed and helped me smash the lock – that quick assistance really saved the day. Apart from that, I was happy with everything else during my stay. It was a smooth experience overall.

The hostel’s dogs are adorable, just watch your socks around them! On the flip side, the rooms are cramped for the number of beds, get unbearably hot with only two fans, and there’s a lingering smell that makes the heat even worse. It’s cute but not very comfortable.
