Honestly, I was really disappointed with my stay - everything was a letdown. There wasn't a single thing that I liked about it.

The staff were really helpful and supportive when we needed it, which was great. However, considering the price, I expected a non-smoking zone that was actually clean and well-maintained, which wasn't the case.
