We arrived at IBIS several hours early and the front‑desk staff were very helpful, giving us a place to wait until check‑in; the place feels cozy, has an excellent location, and is safe. However, the booking we made did not include breakfast, so it would be better if the package offered through Booking had that included.

The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, the location was convenient, and parking was available. The room itself was a bit small, and the front‑desk staff were not very friendly.

The attached restaurant is good and the hotel was recently renovated; the other Ibis Style Benavides in Miraflores should eventually get a similar upgrade. The check‑in was late even though the hotel wasn’t fully booked; we arrived at 12:30 pm, but the official check‑in was only from 15:00 pm. A little more flexibility would be appreciated.
