Asean Resort - Shiki Onsen & Spa

I found the hotel to be quiet, which was a plus. However, my room, number 312, had some issues - the furniture was old, there were not enough towels, a chair was broken, the remote control wasn't working, and the air conditioning was leaking.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was largely disappointing. The staff lacked professionalism, and the dinner service stopped as early as 5 PM, which was inconvenient. The onsens and spa area were not up to par, and considering the high price, I expected a much better quality of service.

I recently stayed at a hotel with a lovely location, surrounded by big gardens that provided a calm and peaceful atmosphere. The restaurant manager was extremely friendly and helpful, which made a big difference during my stay. However, the hotel itself looked quite old and in need of maintenance, with many damaged items both inside the room and in the surrounding areas.

I was underwhelmed by my stay, particularly with the breakfast - it was very basic, and the black coffee wasn't even heated. The staff claimed the warming equipment was broken, but it seemed the management wasn't aware of the issue. The lockers in the Onsen area were old and run-down, which made it unpleasant to store clothes. Overall, I felt the hotel's 4-star rating was not justified by its quality.
