Well‑located, comfy, the onsen was very pleasant. The area under the bed wasn’t very clean.

フロントスタッフの方がとても親切でした。禁煙ルームが無く、喫煙ルームしか取れなかったのですが、空気清浄(室外で15分待機だったため、その間コンビニで買物)していただき、問題なく過ごせました。大荷物も運んでいただき、翌朝のタクシーの手配も助かりました。. 深夜12時頃、戻って来た酔客(複数)が大きな声でしばらく廊下で話している声が筒抜けでした。 大浴場が午前1時までだったので、行きそびれてしまったのがとても残念でした。

Friendly staff, great location to get to the airport (about 20 minutes by car) or to Sapporo (about 1 hour with public transport)
