I saw two cockroaches, the ice machine broke one day, and the front door was broken for a few days; the floors were dirty but the towels and bed sheets were clean, there was no hairdryer, supplies were minimal, walls were thin, and the hot water was good.

The price was good and the staff were kind, but the place wasn’t very clean.

It’s super close to great dining and gives easy access to all of Arlington and DC, and while it’s very basic, the value for the price is excellent.

The rate was reasonable, and having a microwave and refrigerator was useful; the room and bathroom were clean, and the towels were absorbent and soft, but the bar soap was just a sliver, too small, and the carpeting in the room needs replacing.
