Tastefully styled with parquet floors and timber furnishings, they include seating areas, bed linens, and bath towels. The Palacio dos Festivais Convention Centre is 100 metres away, with Canela town 15 minutes by car and a bus station 2 minutes on foot.

It would have been perfect if breakfast were included so we wouldn’t have to leave the hotel for coffee at nearby cafés—especially on a rainy day like ours, haha. The missing breakfast and lack of an elevator were the only downsides.

The service was impeccable, the facilities were clean and great, and the shower was excellent too. I asked for a double bed but they put two single beds together, which made the mattress seam uncomfortable.

Everything was great – from the cleanliness to the comfort, the heating and cooling, the shower, and more. The only downside was the steep staircase to reach the top‑floor room, and the fact that the entrance to the accommodation is inside the Panzano pizzeria.

Excellent location, cozy room with a balcony that offers a wonderful view. The hotel staff were very attentive, check‑in and check‑out were exceptional, and they kept our luggage until we left Gramado. The Wi‑Fi signal in the room was very weak and didn't work most of the time, so we had to use mobile data. I suggest installing a Wi‑Fi repeater. There was also a strange smell in the hotel corridor, probably from the carpet, but it didn't affect the room.
