Everything was excellent, and the staff let us check in early. The only picky point was that the TVs weren’t set up before we arrived, and on the second night a basketball hit our window because our room was next to the court and the game went on until 10 pm. Make sure all equipment works, especially the coffee maker; but when I called the front desk they came right away to fix the TVs and showed me how to use the coffee maker. Breakfast was fine but the buffet items were ordinary.

Very nice; the kids loved the pool and we did too. Nothing negative.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We asked if we could reserve a room to have a reception for our son wedding on Saturday. Since we were from out of town. If we needed anything Ms. Sharon was very helpful and helped us out. Breakfast was very good and had a lot of different options to choose from. Staff was very friendly. Since we were from out of town, I asked if it was possible if we could have our room closed together instead in 3 difference places. They tried to get rooms close to each other, but it did not work

I recently stayed at a hotel that had a fantastic location, but unfortunately, our stay was marred by a broken elevator that left us stuck on the third floor. Despite this inconvenience, the hotel's proximity to everything made up for it to some extent.
