The owner arranged pick‑up & drop‑off services for us. He also arranged the Huangshan Cable car tickets as well as a tour guide to go up the Huangshan Mountain the safe and leisurely way as both of us are quite senior. All our requirements were well taken care of including arranging the day tours to Tunxi and the nearby attractions that we really enjoyed such as Xidi & Hongchun. We enjoyed the Fish Lantern show in Tangmo. The owner and family are friendly and helpful and provided all the information we needed. He also upgraded our room without additional cost. Highly recommended!!

Amazing owners! They helped arrange pick‑up and drop‑off at the train station for a fee and recommended a route in HuangShan, then helped us with all the tickets required. Even helped to carry the luggage up the stairs. The room was clean and nice, even looks newly renovated!

“A basic, good value hotel with a friendly, helpful owner”

The room was rather basic, but it met my needs okay. The hotel was well located near many restaurants and was convenient for a visit to Huangshan mountain. The owner was extremely helpful in arranging pick‑ups and purchasing tickets to visit the mountain. The property next door was being renovated so there was a lot of building noise.

Great hotel. The owner is very attentive and caring. They organized a transfer from/to the train station (definitely recommend using this service – fast and inexpensive).

“Klein aber fein :)”

Well located (buses to one of the park entrances are reachable on foot), rather small and unassuming. Yet the rooms are very nice and clean. The owner helps plan the route and book tickets, which worked great for me. He also organizes transport to and from the Huangshan Railway Station (about 45 minutes away) for far less than a DiDi would cost. Strong recommendation! I could not find hand soap in the room.
