“Estancia aceptable”

Everything was brand new and very clean, and the location was good, in the old part of town, very quiet and charming. Even though the streets are narrow there is parking nearby. The information was wrong. According to the room description it has a living room, kitchen utensils and a dining table, but it didn’t say that it was an extra charge. We expected kitchen facilities for breakfast, but we had to pay for them. We spoke with the manager who told us it was a cleaning fee and that if we booked it for guests in a room the rest lost the right to use it even without paying. In the end she let us keep something in the fridge.

The facilities were clean and well kept, but the location and the lack of parking made it difficult, especially with small children.

This is a brand‑new, tidy place with roomy rooms; I stayed in a slightly boxy room that might feel tight for tall people (not an issue for me). The décor was a bit sparse, yet the furnishings were tasteful. It seems to be the newest property and will look even better soon. The information I received about my booking was timely and adequate. The hotel sits nicely in the village, close to the center and the bus station, on a very quiet street. The stairs to the first and second floors made it hard to bring luggage up, and I think older guests or those with mobility issues would struggle; there are, however, rooms on the ground floor. I was also surprised that there was no reception desk—there is no reception at all. You enter with a code and don’t see any staff.
