Everyone was very friendly and caring toward us! The place is clean, very pretty, and the breakfast is excellent. A huge thank you to David! He makes this spot a little vacation paradise.

The accommodation is stunning and has a Scottish character. The location is super convenient because you can walk to the city centre by crossing the Water of Leith walkway in about 30/40 minutes, passing through Amche Dean village, or take the bus that sits right in front of the property. The staff is outstanding, David is caring, friendly, and gives very useful advice. Highly recommended!

David was truly very friendly and attentive to his guests! He gives great advice and the staff is helpful. The hotel is close to transport options. There was no place to hang towels after use.

The lunch was excellent with impeccable service! The room was fairly large, the beds were very comfortable. It might have been a bit warm, but we could open a window a bit. The location was perfect with a bus just a step away to take us to the centre. As for the reception, David welcomed us with a lot of kindness. He’s an excellent host. Unfortunately, because we left early, we couldn’t greet him and thank him for the great service we received.

Nice, very atmospheric, good beds, spacious rooms, and a good breakfast. The hosts are friendly and do everything to make your stay as good as possible. We could arrive earlier without any problems. Nothing, we just wanted to stay longer!
