The air conditioning worked well and the bed was comfortable; having a kitchen was a bonus. The shower was very dirty and the staff felt very impersonal, which was disappointing.

The distance between Dickwella Beach and Hiriketya is perfect; the laundry service is good, the air conditioning is very good, and the Wi‑Fi is reliable.

Everything was perfect! I stayed only two nights but would have liked to stay longer; the room was spacious with powerful air‑con and a fan, a private bathroom with hot water and great pressure, a balcony, and a kitchen area. The location is great, close to both beaches.

The location is top; everything important is nearby. Ten minutes to Hiriketiya beach, four to Dickwella beach; quiet yet not remote. The owners are friendly and I’d return. When we arrived, the communal kitchen was very untidy, so we didn’t want to use it at all. It’s not directly the owners’ fault, but they could remind the other residents to keep it clean.

The room was perfect for us: a large bed, AC and a fan, a clean and warm shower. Soap and towels were provided. A small kitchenette in the hallway could also be used. The laundry service was super clean and the owners who live below were very accommodating. The location was ideal between Hiriketiya and Dickwella Beach and all the tasty restaurants. From the outside it doesn’t look very inviting, but who cares.
