“Room not available despite conformed reservation”
I booked the place and got a confirmation, but when I called the accommodation I was told the room was already booked by someone else. The communication between the booking platform and the accommodation clearly didn’t work smoothly. I’m not sure whether the issue lies with the platform or the owner. If a room shows up as available on the booking page, it should be available in reality. The communication with the owner was fine, but otherwise I’m not happy.
