The place had a relaxed, calm vibe and the hotel, pool, and outdoor areas looked gorgeous at night. Room service delivered food quickly, and parking was available on site. The staff were polite, the rooms were clean, and everything was pleasing to the eye; the food was pretty good. However, the beach was very small, and I didn’t realize the hotel was 30‑40 minutes from the airport. I also disliked the multiple huge iguanas around the pool, which made it hard to relax knowing they could crawl around at any moment, and the menu prices felt extremely overpriced.

The concierge, Ryan, was extremely professional and welcoming, the pool and gym looked great, and the staff were helpful and friendly, but the food never lived up to the hotel’s standards – we dined on‑site three times and each meal was just mediocre, the property is far from everything and hard to locate, the beach looks nothing like the pictures, and the price feels far too high for what’s offered.
