I booked a double bed but ended up with twin beds, the air‑con didn't work at high intensity, yet the place was clean, nice, and the area had plenty of stores nearby—would recommend.
My trip was cancelled without any notice from you, despite me having emailed more than six times and even sending this latest message, and I still haven’t received any refund after repeatedly asking for it, which has been completely ignored.
