Beach View Hotel

Everything was within walking distance; the hotel was nice and clean, and all the staff were friendly.

“Very quaint, pleasant hotel just steps from the boardwalk and beach”

The hotel gives you a nice range of perks, like a complimentary happy hour with rose or white wine and cheese crackers, fresh baked cookies, and a decent breakfast that includes burritos, croissants, mini muffins, cereal, bagels, juice, yogurt, and granola. The dining room feels cozy, with vases of flowers on every table. The toilet in our room was running and the handle was loose, and the sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable, which is typical for that type of bed.

“I would stay there again even I didn’t like the swimming pool. It’s centrally located. Next to the broad walk.”

Located in the heart of downtown right next to the broad walk, the hotel offers convenient parking. The swimming pool is on the smaller side and the water wasn’t very clean.

“Good location”

The location is good. The pool is nice and the rooms were clean. You end up waiting until 3:00 for the rooms to be ready. Free beach chairs and towels are nice. You don’t have to drive anywhere once parked you can walk. We have stayed here before for over 7 seasons. I wish they would go back to the breakfast they used to serve. They used to have a waffle bar. Potato’s, regular eggs and stuff. They still have the continental style cereal muffins etc. I did not enjoy the breakfast burrito as it was soggy because it was wrapped in tinfoil and left in a warmer. I also didn’t like the egg bake that they had because everything had spinach or peppers and onions. I wish they would go back to having just regular eggs that they served. I know their sister hotel down the road the Avenue has a better breakfast option so may try that next year.
