Super Townhouse Hotel O Benchmark

I was really disappointed with the service at this hotel, but the room itself wasn't too bad. Unfortunately, the bed, chair, table, and washroom were all pretty dirty when I arrived. It's a shame because the location's not bad, but the state of the room was a major letdown.

“Good stay”

The hotel's location was great, but unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. We didn't encounter any issues during our stay, but there was nothing particularly impressive about the property either.

“Found semen in Pillow. Horrible Experience”

I'm still trying to figure out how this hotel managed to be so bad in every single way. I was hoping to find at least one redeeming quality, but it seems like they're mostly catering to OYO couples. The worst part was when I found semen in my pillow and condoms on the side table - it was like they hadn't cleaned my room at all during my stay. And to top it off, they tried to charge me extra for an invoice and even asked me to pay for a plate I'd asked for.

My stay at this hotel was a disaster from start to finish. The manager's behaviour was completely unacceptable, and to make matters worse, the TV in my room was dead and not even working. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to a relaxing stay, but this place fell way short.

“Worst experience ever”

I'd strongly advise against staying at this hotel - the property manager doesn't seem to care about fulfilling their commitments, and the OYO representatives didn't do much to help either. As a result, I ended up losing my whole mood for the trip. It's a big warning sign if the property manager can't even be bothered to follow through on what's promised.
