Lina Suites & Rooms

“Perfekte Unterkunft, um Cinque Terre zu erkunden.”

The rooms are modern and clean, and although the hotel is very close to the train station, it still feels quiet.

“This was s perfect spot for us!”

We absolutely loved staying here! During a 10‑day trip to Italy we booked three different places, and this one was perfect in every way. It was just 1 ½ blocks from the train station for arrivals, departures, and day trips to Cinque Terre, and only 2 blocks from La Spezia Centrale, which has amazing shops, restaurants, and charm. A produce market, supermarket, bakery, and several pharmacies were nearby. Our room (room #2) had a washing machine, kitchenette, and a private enclosed interior patio that was so charming. The room was super quiet, the building was very secure with three locking doors between our room and the street, and the bed was comfortable. The accommodations were spotless, check‑in was easy with good communication, and there were plenty of booklets with local tourist info on site. The price was very reasonable, so I was relieved it wasn’t inferior to the other places we booked. It was perfect for us; we enjoyed La Spezia Centrale as much as the towns in Cinque Terre. We’ll definitely stay at Lina again and recommend it to friends and family. No issues at all.

The location was great, and the accommodation was fully renovated just as shown in the photos. Nothing to complain about.

The central location was a big advantage, and the room was everything—new, clean, and beautiful. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.
